Stressor #2- Wedding Involvement

Okay, so this one also involves the future inlaws. First, we talked to them months ago, because my family was paying for most of the wedding stuff and so were hubby and I. The only ones whom hadn't helped were his parents. They said they would love to pay for the catering. They told us to pick out whoever we wanted and they would pay it (this was months ago). Then, earlier this month (remember our wedding date is August 14 of this year, a little over a month away) they tell us they don't really like catered food, so they wanted a list of all the food we wanted and etc., and they would cook it all and do the clean up. So, now I am a little peeved at this time, because I wanted a caterer. But whatever, fine. (On a side note, during this time they: went on a week long vacation to Florida, by themselves, in which they just up and left one day, and then the weekend after they went to Wisconsin, and they have been buying fast food, and etc.) Then, last weekend, they pulled us into the garage and told us they don't have money to buy the food for us. So I am standing there, trying not to cry as they are repeatedly telling us that we should just cancel the wedding and do something like this a few YEARS from now. So now, hubby and I, whom can barely feed ourselves are collecting food for our wedding, and thankfully, my family is more than willing to help us out even more than they already have.

How frustrating is that?

And a short list of the other things bothering me:

Hubby still hasn't found a job

Truck still has no buyer, only hopefuls

Not getting enough hours at work

Money

Bills coming up due

Wedding getting closer

School about to start

Financial Aid process for school

Getting books and registering

Trying to save to get out of here

And I am sure there are many many more things.....
